Receipt of the First Invoice (30%): Immediately after contract approval, you will receive the first invoice via email, corresponding to 30% of your project's total value.

The 2-Week Rule: This document must be completed, reviewed, and signed at least two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled start date.
Crucial Logistics: The two-week timeframe allows Golden Touch to place large orders well in advance, or gives you the necessary window for your materials to arrive on site before Day One, preventing construction delays.
Key Decisions Made on the Selection Sheet
The Selection Sheet is your opportunity to define every detail. Here is what you need to specify:
Material Selection: The type and model of cabinets, countertops, and flooring.
Color Selection: The paint palette and the stain for any carpentry.
Finish Choices: Faucets, cabinet hardware, and lighting fixtures.
Supply Responsibility: Defining which elements will be provided by Golden Touch and which by the client.
Notes and Exclusions: Including clarifications or the indication of rejections (“refused”).
Logistics: Who Buys the Materials?

If Golden Touch buys them: We need this time to request the materials from suppliers and ensure they arrive before the project start.

4. Design Consultation and 3D Visualization (Added Value)

Third Payment (20%): This payment corresponds to 20% of the total project value. This is the last payment required to cover the majority of the construction and main materials, leaving only the final settlement balance pending.

7. Final Settlement and Inspection Walkthrough (Final Invoice)
Detailed Walkthrough: Once construction is complete, you and the Project Manager will conduct a final, exhaustive walkthrough, checking every detail, finish, and functionality.

8. Satisfaction Document and Warranty
